are appropriate for EEB grad students. These include

Required Safety Training
All rotation students are required to take
the Laboratory
Chemical Safety Training course offered by Yale. In addition,
students working with BL2 materials must take the Biosafety
Training. Those working with human materials or potentially
infectious materials must take Bloodborne Pathogen Training.
Students working with radioactive materials must take the
Radiation Safety Orientation. For those using biological safety
cabinets, Safe Use of Biological Safety Cabinets is offered.
There is also web only training on hazardous waste procedures/requirements
that is optional. Information on all of these programs is
provided at Yale's

Teaching Assistantships
Applications for Teaching Assistantships are
being accepted. Click here to apply.
Qualifications: Applicants will be selected
on the basis of familiarity with the subject matter of the
courses being taught, past experience, and potential in serving
as a teaching assistant. Priority is given to full-time EEB
doctoral students who are within five years of their date
of entry in the doctoral program. Appointment Ranks, Stipends
